Packaging & Labeling
Nowadays the converters, for the various materials used in this sector and for the increasing complexity of holders and labels, require innovative technologies to generate adding value also for small volumes and just in time works.
The laser allows to realize in one step complex and sophisticated cutting geometries, half cut and creasing on different materials (sticky labels as well), marking, microperforation, indentation, welding and edges sealing, difficult to obtain with the conventional die-cutting machine.
Furthermore, thanks to the surprising laser integration with a wide range of organic and inorganic materials, coatings and inks, it is possible to create special chromatic and three-dimensional effects and anticounterfeiting applications.

Paper Industry
The laser, today more then ever in the graphic and converting market, allows to innovate the entire productive process and the project product management, increasing the adding value in application of digital printing, serigraphy, converting. The laser is recognized as the winning technology for its features of easy working, flexibility, easy set-up. Compared to the traditional systems, the laser doesn’t require maintenance operations or consumable items.
The laser allows die-cutting, creasing, cutting, half cutting, marking, microperforation operation on natural, synthetic, coupled, coated materials as well as on other organic or plastic materials when image or convenience requirements force to perform on the same product.
The laser allows to realize sophisticated geometries obtaining details unachievable by conventional punch systems.

Anticounterfeiting
In consideration of the different laser sources, laser systems allows a wide range of applications on  different materials. The laser source is tipically used on ID cards, driving licenses, credit cards, passports, cheques, holograms, magnetic supports, etc.
Thanks to the great performances reached by the new laser sources generation (Yag, UV and CO2), nowadays it is possible to mark on different materials with the hightest definition codes, images, logos or pictures etc.. On paper, it is possible to create original works with tridimensional effects and microperforations in a short work time.
